I had problems with my Cadillac ATS 2015 Sedan, the car was misfiring and throttle skipping. I wasn't sure what the problem can be, so I requested a diagnostic to be performed on the car. Once the diagnostic was performed, it revealed a PVC value hose was leaking causing my issues, along with other codes which rendered attention. After discovering the PVC value hose was part of the problem, their was a small detail, occurred in my mind, the car was serviced by a dear friend, a mechanic and we discovered the PVC valve hose was cracked, we assumed that was the problem. The hose was replaced with another type hose, which is what later, proved to be the wrong type hose. What I am thankful to Rialto Auto & Muffler shop is, the full service diagnostic performance provided the data which brought me clarity to my problem. I, then spoke to my dear friend mechanic, and he agreed to perform the corrections. Thanks Angel, Joe, and Stephanie for your assistance, much appreciated, and continued success.

I took my truck to Rialto Auto & Muffler on March 23 because it would make a hard jolt when shifting into 2nd gear. I also requested a transmission service. About a week later, I was told the issue was a bad bushing and that the truck had been repaired. However, as soon as I drove off the lot, it was still doing the exact same thing. I called the shop and spoke with Angel, who told me they were backed up and asked if I could bring it back on April 1. A week later, I was informed that the bushing they had installed was defective and they needed to order another one. After waiting another two weeks, I was told the truck was fixed again. Unfortunately, when I picked it up, it was still having the same issue. At that time, my mother's car was also being serviced at the shop, and since we needed a vehicle to drive, they advised me to bring my truck back when she picked up her car on April 16. On May 4, I received a call saying they were still diagnosing the issue and would update me by the end of the week. I never received that call. On May 6, I called for an update and was again told they were backed up and would contact me by the end of the week. On May 13, I called again and was told

I've been taking my car here for a couple years now, and this is the best shop I've experienced. Always helpful and they are understanding of my lack of vehicle knowledge, and I've never felt over charged here. Definitely a blessing being so close to my house.

----->> EDIT AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: Bad attitude?? Alex, there is no way anyone could have gone through what I went through at your shop and not be frustrated. I brought my truck in for one main problem. A stutter during acceleration, especially uphill, and a secondary issue with a rough idle. I was told replacing the throttle body and mass airflow sensor would fix it, so I paid $850. I then approved another $560 for a tune-up and additional work your shop recommended. At that point I had paid $1,410. When I picked up the truck the first time, it already felt off. Within 6 miles, the check engine light appeared(which had never happened before during my ownership) and I had to bring it right back. Then the truck stayed in your shop for weeks. After about 34 days since the initial drop-off, I was told the truck had finally been thoroughly tested and was ready. Shortly after leaving your shop, before reaching 3rd st on Cactus Ave, the truck stalled completely while I was driving in the left lane. Cars had to swerve around the vehicle when it suddenly died in the road, which was terrifying since it happened at speed and so suddenly, and I was barely able to get it out of the lane. T
